I tried reaching out about an issue with my order, the whole thing was way more frustrating than it needed to be. The replies were slow, the answers weren’t helpful, and it really felt like they were just trying to brush me off instead of actually dealing with the problem.

I’m not saying mistakes can’t happen, because they do, but at least act like you care when a customer contacts you. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect basic support after spending money, so no, I probably wouldn’t buy from racelinewheels.com again

I reached out to Raceline Wheels trying to get some help with fitment specs, it was frustrating. I kept getting bounced around and the answers were vague, vague enough that I still didn’t really know what to do. It took days just to hear back, and even then they never really answered my question. It felt like they expected me to just figure it out on my own. Not a great experience

I wanted to like these, and they do seem decent once they’re on, but getting them installed was a pain. The fit felt a little off, and the instructions weren’t much help, so I kept second-guessing myself the whole time. I finally ended up calling a shop, which was frustrating because I thought this would be more of a straightforward DIY job

I was hoping to find wheels with a cleaner, more modern look, but a lot of the designs on racelinewheels.com felt kind of bulky and older style to me, lol. Nothing really caught my eye in a good way, so I ended up clicking off quick. Just wasn’t my taste.

I bought these for my daily driver, but they haven’t been great around the city. The ride feels rough on regular streets, and the handling wasn’t what I was expecting. I also felt kind of left in the dark about how they’d actually perform for normal day-to-day driving. Overall, I’m a bit disappointed and kind of wish I had gone with something else.

I’m giving 2 stars because, the communication was just kind of frustrating. I sent an email with a couple of questions and, like, I had to wait days to hear anything back. When they finally did respond, it was short and, well, didn’t really answer everything I had asked.

I ended up having to follow up more than once, which, you know, got annoying after a while. Maybe they were just busy or something, but it made the whole process feel way more difficult than it really needed to be

Am I the only one who had issues with these fitting? It said they were compatible with my truck, but once they were on, the wheels rubbed bad. Definitely didn’t fit like I expected

i mean, the wheels I ordered from racelinewheels.com look good overall, and I didn’t have any major issues with them when they showed up.

That said, for the price, I was expecting a little more. The finish is fine, but it didn’t really wow me, and once the shipping and taxes were added on, the total felt kind of steep.
Customer service was okay, nothing bad, but nothing that really made the cost feel more justified either. I don’t regret buying them exactly, but I’m not sure I’d say they were a great value.

It rides smooth overall, but it did need a few weights to get balanced just right. Not a huge deal tho.

I bought a set from racelinewheels.com for my trail truck, they looked really good when I first opened the box. The fit was okay too, so at first I was thinking I made a solid choice.
After a few rocky trail runs though, the lips started getting chewed up way faster than I expected, and one wheel began slowly losing air. That’s when I started getting that uneasy feeling like maybe I’d been fooled by how tough they looked online versus how they actually held up.
Customer service was decent, so I’ll give them that, but I’m still disappointed overall. They might be fine for light dirt roads, but I don’t think I’d trust them again on rougher trails

I ordered a set of wheels from Raceline Wheels the packaging was disappointing. The boxes felt flimsy and there was hardly any padding inside to keep the wheels from getting knocked around. One of them arrived with scuffs on the lip, which is really frustrating when you’re paying this much. I’m not expecting anything fancy, just a basic level of care when shipping something expensive and easy to damage. It didn’t feel like that happened here

The wheels look really good, and the ride definitely feels smoother than before. It’s comfy enough for everyday driving, who doesn’t want a better ride without making a big fuss about it? There’s a little road noise when I’m on rough streets, but nothing too annoying.

I had a frustrating time with the return process. It dragged on way longer than I expected, even though I had my receipt and email confirmations ready to go. When I tried to get help with the warranty, it felt like everyone was just passing me off instead of actually wanting to deal with it.
